BUSINESS ORDERS

To place an order that will be billed to the company, access the storefront through Clark’s Coupa homepage. Under Additional Stores, click Clark-Branded Merchandise. After you add items to your cart, click the cart icon and then click Proceed to Checkout. On the next page, click Transfer Cart to return to Coupa to complete punchout.

PERSONAL ORDERS

To place a personal order, visit www.clarkconstructionstore.com directly. After you add items to your cart, you will register as a new user and pay using your own credit card. Orders placed using a credit card are not eligible for reimbursement.

REGISTRATION

Registering will allow you to place personal orders and check the status of your business and personal orders. Click here to register using your work email address.

Personal information relating to you and your order history is only available to you upon logging in. You can edit or delete your information at any time from the Your Account page. For more information on APISOURCE’s privacy policy, click here.

APISOURCE uses secure socket layer (SSL) protocol to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded. For more information on SSL, click here.

ORDERING

Order Confirmation

After placing your order using a valid email address, you will receive two email notifications:

  1. The first email will arrive within 24 hours confirming that your order was received.
  2. 2. The second email will arrive once your order ships from our warehouse.

Order Status

To check the status of your order, click here to log in to your account (see Site Registration section for information about registering). Click My Orders to view your order details. In the Shipment Summary, you'll see the current status and details from the shipping carrier's tracking service for each package.

Secure Ordering

We use secure sockets layer (SSL) technology to secure your online order information. To check the security of your connection, look in the lower left-hand corner of your browser window for an unbroken key icon or a closed padlock icon (depending on your browser). If you see one of these icons, SSL is active. To double-check for security, see if the site address in your browser window has changed from http to https in the address or URL line.

Some browser versions and some firewalls do not permit connections with secure servers. If you experience this problem, please call us at (800) 507-7007.

Order Verification

Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors made by the customer.

PAYMENT

Personal orders may be paid for using the following credit cards:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover

For security purposes, do not send cash or request CODs. Do not include your credit card number in any email communication.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping and handling fees, depending on where the order is shipped. For purchases made in Canada, we collect duty and GST where applicable.

Charging Your Credit Card

Upon receiving your order, we place a pre-authorization hold on funds in your account. We don't finalize the charge on your credit card until we ship your merchandise.

Multiple Shipments

If your order is sent in multiple shipments, your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be applied to an order during checkout. You can check a gift card balance on the checkout page or by calling us.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes can be applied to an order during checkout. There is a limit of one promotional code per order. Unless specifically stated in the promotion, promotional discounts apply to the true merchandise total value only and are not applied to shipping and handling fees or taxes.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Most purchases are shipped by UPS or USPS from our Maryland warehouse within 3 business days from receipt of order for in-stock merchandise. Please allow for longer lead times for customized products. Please note that we can only ship to PO Box addresses via USPS. We cannot ship Express Delivery to U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO or PO Box addresses. Please call customer service at (800) 507-7007 for shipping rates outside of contiguous 48 states.

Shipping to US Military Bases

Please contact us at (800) 507-7007 or [email protected] to place your order. Your order will ship via USPS unless otherwise requested.

Standard Shipping Rates (5-7 Business Days)

Ground shipping via UPS or USPS will be calculated in your cart prior to completing your order.

Express Delivery

Expedite shipping is available for an additional charge. Express shipping via UPS or USPS can be calculated in your cart prior to completing your order. For express delivery, orders must be received 11:00 a.m. ET Monday through Friday to ship the same day.

We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or to PO boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses, our standard is USPS First Class mail.

International Orders

We are able to ship to dozens of countries around the globe. If you do not see your country as an option during checkout, please contact us. Customers are responsible for paying all duties, customs charges, and/or fees over and above the actual shipping cost of the item. All orders are billed in U.S. dollars.

GIFT OPTIONS

If you want to send an item as a gift, please check the box labeled "Are there gift items in the order?" on the shipping page of checkout. Click Continue to Checkout for more gift options, like adding a personal message to the packing slip or including a gift receipt without prices.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased on this site cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer’s defect or misprint. If you need to return an item due to a defect or misprint, contact us at (800) 507-7007 or [email protected].
